Ancora una volta un evento di grande interesse a Roma.
Il primo contest internazionale BBQ organizzato da Suqulento in collaborazione con la Kansas City Barbecue Society.
Non potevamo mancare. Enzo Sisto con la Food Stage ha deciso di supportare questa iniziativa coinvolgendo i partner olandesi. Per esempio la Ekro del gruppo Van Drie - Controlled Gourmet Dutch Veal - presenterá il suo panino The Dutch fatto con roasted pulled veal, salsa olandese e rucola. Il ricavato sará devoluto in beneficenza alla Dynamo Camp. Anche il kamado grills della 200 Fahrenheit saranno presenti con i brand: Grizzly, Grill Guru, Inferno e The Bastard. In tre giorni dal 11 al 13 ottobre una grande festa popolare con gioia di vivere, grigliate, musica live, talking shows, street food, competizione KCBS e tanti VIP presenti.
