In the frame of the Amsterdam RAI fair from January 13th to 16th 2020 all the news for Hotels, Restaurant, Catering and Food Service.
From innovations in acoustic video systems, to the latest trends in cocktails, to the most appealing and welcoming furnishings, to the sharpest knives, to the novelties in cooking appliances: all present in a single setting that welcomed over 70000 "professional visitors in the 2019 edition ", 768 exhibitors and 134 innovations.
Guests among the others on the stand: the innovative Veal Creations with its airfryer ready meatballs (but also excellent in the oven or pan) with veal (1/3) and vegetables (2/3), Feel Vegan with completely vegetable snacks made from fresh vegetables, vegetable proteins and fibers, the new line of real French burger and gourmet meatballs from the SOCOPA with an amazing Italian recipe, as well as the haches of fine breeds (pure beef burger) Blonde d'Aquitaine, Salers, Normand,...
A couple of days visiting HORECAVA 2020 together with a cultural trip to the Rijksmuseum, admiring Rembrandt van Rijn (attention to the joint exhibition Rembrandt-Velázquez: is a "must have seen" and ends after the fair!) or visiting the Vincent Van Gogh museum , or walking through the canals and mills could be the right way to start 2020 in the best and most inspired way.
